Access to the App is provided through your Shopify account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, all your associated data will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Shopify app listing or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
